Sun Lake is a pet friendly community. We proudly accept up to 2 pets per apartment home. There is a $400 non-refundable pet fee per pet and a monthly pet rent of $20 per pet. Please contact management for the complete pet policy. Breed restrictions do apply.

Map & Directions

From the I-4 North or South: Exit 98 for Lake Mary Boulevard/Heathrow East. Just after on the I-4 overpass, you will see a Mobil gas station and a Wendy's. At first traffic light, turn right on Lake Emma Road. Continue South on Lake Emma Road through two traffic lights, you will see a shopping plaza on the left and Commerce Park on the right. Sun Lake will be 1/2-mile past second traffic light on the left.

From the 408/East West Expressway: Take I-4 East up to Exit 98 Lake Mary Boulevard/Heathrow and continue with directions as above.

From 417/Central Florida Greeneway: Drive North to the end of 417 that connects to I-4 west. Continue West for 3 miles use Exit 98 Lake Mary Boulevard/Heathrow and continue with directions as above.
